By commissioning me in anyway you are agreeing to all terms below, unless otherwise discussed in private conversation during the commission process.

1. I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason2. Absolutely NO refunds once work has begun3. My work is prohibited to be used in anything related to NFTs, AI, Any AI/bot training, or ANY blockchain-related technology. Nothing Crypto-related4. a. I DO NOT accept bitcoin/NFTs/any cryptocurrency as payment
b. I DO NOT accept checks or cash* payments
*unless in person/at a conc. I only accept payment through Paypal, Cashapp, Venmo, and Square (Card) unless otherwise discussed
d. DO NOT SEND MONEY ON PAYPAL RIGHT AWAY, PLEASE WAIT FOR MY INVOICE
e. DO NOT SEND MONEY UNTIL I'VE CONFIRMED YOUR PRICE AND COMMISSION, OTHERWISE, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF I CHOOSE TO DECLINE YOUR COMMISSION5. I will only start the commission when I have received at least 50% of the payment and art will only be sent when I've received payment in full6. a. Please be specific with what you want me to draw, if not I will ask many questions!
b. Please specify the lighting/shading you want before I start shading (if applicable)
c. Please only use bullet points to describe details that you don't have a visual reference for

please bullet points are so much easier7. a. Give me time to do your commission. I may have commissions ahead of yours and I am only one person.
b. If you need your piece by a specific date please tell me at least TWO weeks in advance (but the longer the better!!)
c. If you need your piece in under 14 days a rush fee will be applied based on what is being commissions
d. I have the right to refuse any rush orders8. The only time you can request changes is when I send the sketch (This is limited to 5 changes so be specific with your wants); Once lined/colored/finished I do not allow any changes unless it's to color. Any changes after this are subject to an additional charge9. a. Once you receive my work if you plan to post it DO NOT remove my watermarks
b. You may NOT claim my artwork as your own, trace, or heavily reference (as determined by the artist my work and claim it as your own.10. I, the artist, retain the right to post the work I make for a commission to any social media site I use. This includes: the product, live streams, time-lapses, works-in-progress shots, and any references the client has provided11. a. If you plan to use my art for commercial purposes I MUST be told before commissioning and we will discuss a commercial fee
b. my watermark/username MUST be included in the product/image
c. my social media MUST be included nearby and must be clickable (i will give you the link to the social media when we chat)
A purchase of commercial rights to the artwork will be an agreed-upon price or royalty (Do not expect lower than 300% of the original price of the work or a 10% royalty). As well as a tangible invoice of that purchase. With commercial rights, the client is allowed to make merchandise with the artwork, use it in boos, covers, props, make changes, and promote their own brand WITH CREDIT being required for usage of artwork, even if altered or edited. At no time is the client allowed to reproduce or display my art without proper credit, even if commercial rights have been transferred over.
